Wagyu Steak

American version of Japanese term for a high quality cut of meat that has intense marbling and flavor.

Marbling rating is higher than Prime graded beef. 

Filet Mignon

It’s a buttery, most tender and lean cut of beef. Can be used as a steak or as a roast. Great for Holidays and Special occasions. Prime, Premium Choice,Grass Fed or Aspen Ridge (Humanely raised and 100% black angus beef).

Porterhouse Steak

Also known as “the lovers” steak, it has filet mignon on one side and strip steak on the other side of the rib bone. Excellent choice for sharing.
