Boneless Pork Chops & Applesauce
- 4 boneless pork chops approx. 1in thick
- 1/2 tsp spices. We recommend paprika, garlic powder & rosemary (1/2 tsp each).
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- Belltown Orchard Apple Sauce
PREP: Season pork chops with desired seasonings to taste. Preheat a skillet over medium high heat and add butter.
COOK: Places pork chops in the skillet once the butter has melted. Cook 3-5 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the skillet once the internal temperature of the pork chops reach 140 degrees and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving. They will continue to cook after they are removed from the heat which will bring the internal temperature to 145 degrees. Use a meat thermometer to prevent over or undercooking. Plate with Belltown Orchards apple sauce and enjoy!
