- 2 lbs Butcher’s Blend Ground Beef
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt
- 4 slices Maplebrook Mozzarella
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 8 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 4 Tomato Slices
- Ariston Balsamic, for drizzling
Heat grill or grill pan to high.
Divide meat evenly by four to create hamburger patties.
Season patties with salt and pepper.
Grill until pink, 5-6 minutes per side.
Use meat thermometer to achieve desired temperate. 135° is medium rare. Add cheese and let melt, 1 minute.
Assemble burger: Top each bun bottom with 1 basil leaf, a burger patty, a tomato ore basil leaf; drizzle with balsamic glaze. Add bun tops and serve with
your favorite APM side.
