Roasting a Porterhouse Steak
Also known as the “Lover’s Steak,” try this easy and delicious Porterhouse Steak recipe for your next celebration.
-Chicken wings
-Olive oil
-Spanglish Asadero “Buffalo Blend” spice mix (or whatever spices you wish to use, but we can vouch that this spice mix is one of the best!)
-J. Timothy’s Buffalo Wing Sauce (or whatever sauce you wish to use or have available)
-Green onion or scallions for garnish
Throw your wings on a baking sheet at 375-400° and cook for 30 minutes.
Flip once halfway through for an even cook all around.
Chicken is safe to eat after 165° internal temp, but we recommend bringing wings up to 175-180° internal for a crispy and juicy finished product!
