Our Chefs' New Craft
Did you hear? We’re smoking our own meats! Our Chefs traditionally smoke brisket, pastrami, bacon, pork ribs, and pulled pork. Using nothing but the best wood, seasonings and sauces, they craft smoked meats that are unlike anything you have tried before.
Each meat can take up to between 6 – 24 hours to finish the smoking process, and our chefs are there to ensure each product comes out exactly as you expect it to. Our Smoked Pork Ribs were voted runner-up in the 2024 Best of Hartford competition!
Our smoked meats are available in our deli cut-to-order, in our deli sandwiches, as well as hot and ready to eat on select days. You can view our Hot & Ready Smoked Meats schedule below!
Hot & Ready Smoked Meats
Making your weekday meals easier and tastier!
On Tuesdays, enjoy Hot & Ready Smoked Pork Ribs. We serve from 4:30 pm – 7 pm. All meats are smoked by our Chefs daily and sliced-to-order, so feel free to ask for however little or much you want. (Limited available hot & ready, first come first served)
