At Avon Prime Meats we want you to love every product you get from our store, and we hold our food to the highest quality standards. If you receive an item that is not up to these standards, you may receive a refund or replacement within 14 days of the purchase.
Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a receipt or credit card used for the purchase. If you have a loyalty account with us, receipts can be tracked with your phone number. Refunds can only be given in cash or put back on a credit card. Store credit cannot be given in lieu of a refund.
Store management has the right to refuse any refund.
Food not consumed in a timely manner or left in unsafe conditions cannot be returned.
Items brought back without proof of purchase or outside of the return window cannot be refunded.
Alcohol cannot be returned or refunded.
