The Chicken Italiano: our Chefs’ warm breaded chicken cutlets with provolone, fresh pesto, mayo & tomato served on toasted ciabatta bread. According to our staff, this is the runner-up for best sandwich on the menu. We eat a lot of them, like, a LOT.

If any sandwich actually warms the soul, it’s this one. The salty and herbal pesto slathered on top of crispy ciabatta, with gooey provolone cheese blanketing the chicken cutlet, is a combination that cannot be beat. Pesto is great on a lot of things. If you’ve never tried it on a sandwich, then today’s the day!
