Chicken Tikka Masala

Made by our chefs, enjoy roasted chicken slathered in an incredible chef-prepared curry sauce, served over a bed of yellow rice. This dish is made of pieces of boneless chicken marinated in yogurt and curry spices. At APM, we serve ours over rice, however traditionally, it can also be served on a skewer or kebab-style. Ali Ahmed Aslam is said to have invented chicken tikka masala at his Glasgow restaurant in the 1970s. We take pride in incorporating as many international dishes as possible.
