All of our ground beef selections are ground fresh in-house every day. We use nothing but the best cuts, including eye round, chuck, brisket, and short ribs. Our Grind Options

Our grinds are available in Grass Fed (93% lean), 92%, 85% or our Butcher’s Blend – made with brisket and short ribs. We highly recommend using our Butcher’s Blend for hamburgers, meatballs, meatloaf or chili. You won’t regret the delicious added flavor it provides!
