Shrimp Cocktail

Freshly prepared in our store, you can find this popular appetizer available by the pound in our deli! This classic appetizer can be found at nearly any party or gathering. From basic summer cookouts to Super Bowl tables and holiday parties, shrimp cocktail is always a star!

Traditionally, this dish is served with “cocktail sauce”. This sauce is a combination of horseradish and ketchup. The hotter you want it, the more horseradish you can add. However, outside of the United States, this often isn’t the recipe for cocktail sauce. Many places, such as the United Kingdom, let Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce be the star of cocktail sauce. Even if you love the classic American style, it may be fun to branch out and give these alternatives a try!
