Cilantro Lime Shrimp Skewers
Our marinated skewers bring together maximum flavor and simplicity. We soak 16/20 sized shrimp overnight in a citrusy cilantro lime marinade. Then, we slide on 4 per skewer and they’re completely ready to cook! This process is repeated multiple times per week to ensure our skewers are always fresh.
How Should You Cook Shrimp Skewers?
Our skewers are best cooked on the grill. On high-heat, cook for about 1-2 minutes per side. An alternative method can be pan-searing these skewers. Simply slide the shrimp off their skewers and toss into a heated pan with oil. Same as the grill, you will want to pan-sear for 1-2 minutes per side. Regardless of cooking method, all seafood must have a minimum internal temperature of 145°F before eating.
