Made by our Chefs, this Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad is simply made up of cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls and basil. It’s our own APM Caprese Salad! Incredibly refreshing alongside any dish. Perfect as a side dish for an upcoming cookout or simply as a quick side for a weekday dinner.

The history of the Caprese Salad is a good one! Dating back to post World War I, an Italian mason wanted to create a refreshing dish that displayed Italy’s colors. Come mid-century in the 1950’s, this new salad began to gain a following across Europe. Nowadays, it is known far-and-wide across the globe, especially in the United States where it was spread by immigrating Italians.
