If you haven’t heard, our Signature Steak Tips are the best thing since sliced bread! They are known far and wide throughout the Farmington Valley. We use bottom sirloin flap meat, which is incredibly tender. They are marinated in an Italian base with peppercorns and mustard seed – loved by everyone!
