By far our most popular sandwich on the menu. Every day, we cook batches of our most famous Signature Steak Tips, then slice and dice them to use in our deli sandwiches. These steak tips are cut from bottom sirloin flap meat. Our Signature marinade is a house-blend consisting of an Italian base with peppercorns and mustard seed.
