Black Truffle, Bacon Bison Burgers! Ground bison is a great alternative to ground beef when making burgers. It is leaner than beef, and packed with flavor and lots of micronutrients. Follow along with these super easy steps!
- Cook bacon on stovetop in pan, set aside when done
- Mix a little Worcestershire sauce and your choice of seasoning into the ground bison and form your patties
- Toss patties on a high-heat grill or stovetop skillet, cook each side until desired internal doneness (125°F minimum for all beef products, up to 135°F is medium-rare)
- While finishing burgers on grill or stovetop, add shredded / thinly sliced Black Truffle Gruyère Cheese to melt on burgers
- Remove burgers from heat, and top with bacon plus your favorite burger toppings!
