Chicken Skewers, Your Way!

Ingredients
  • Chicken Thighs (1/2 lb per person)
  • Duck Fat Spray
  • NYShuk Lemon and Shwarma Sauces

Instructions

1. Slice up chicken into 1-1.5 inch cubes
2. Add chicken to skewers. You can use wooden skewers or metal grilling skewers. Lightly season with your desired seasoning.
3. Grill skewers over direct heat, being sure to rotate as needed. We sprayed the racks and chicken with @duckfatspray once on the grill, which helps to keep the skewers from sticking and helps the chicken brown nicely. You can use any cooking spray or none at all.
4. When the chicken is fully cooked, baste with your sauces. We used @nyshuk Lemon sauce and their Shwarma sauce. Each go perfectly with chicken and are very flavorful with clean/minimal ingredients.
5. Allow the sauce to cook into the skewers, rotating once.
6. Remove from the heat, and baste lightly with your sauce again.
7. Serve and enjoy!
