Instructions

Grill- Direct over high heat for 3 minutes per side. Because of the extreme heat exposure, we recommend using skewers to hold the roll together.

Oven- 400° for 20 minutes on a baking sheet or cast iron pan. Flip half way through!

Stove top- Medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side.
