Instructions

Treat yourself with some Prime New York Strips! Follow along with our video and the instructions below ⬇️

1. Remove your steaks from the refrigerator about an hour before grilling

2. Coat lightly with olive oil, and season ALL sides of the steak liberally with your favorite seasoning. In this video we used Graza oil and Borsari original seasoning

3. Place your steaks on a preheated grill. These steaks were cooked over charcoal using 2 zone method. Get the sear and color that you want on your steaks first on the direct side, then move them to the indirect side of the grill. Regardless of what kind of grill you are using, cooking a steak is all about carefully monitoring the internal temperature of the meat

4. Once the meat hits your desired internal temperature, (this reached 135° for medium/medium rare) remove from the grill and rest for about 15 minutes. During the rest, place a pad of Truffle Butter (sold in store) on the center of the steaks and allow to melt.

5. After the 15 minute rest, slice, top with more compound butter and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
