Steak Sandwich at Home
Nothing quite like a steak sandwich at home – Sliced prime ribeye, arugula, salsa matcha and melty Oaxaca cheese on a rustic ciabatta!
1.) Coat your ribeye in olive oil and season with your go-to seasoning (we used Spicewalla Cowboy Steak Seasoning)
2.) Cook your ribeye to your desired internal doneness (135°F for medium rare) then let rest for 5 minutes
3.) While your steak rests, slice your ciabatta, add Oaxaca cheese and toast slightly until cheese begins to melt
4.) Slice ribeye thinly (roughly 1/4″)
5.) Layer your arugula, sliced ribeye and salsa macha on the ciabatta
6.) Enjoy!
