Roasting a Standing Rib Roast
One of the most popular roasts for holidays. Juicy, well-marbled and able to feed large numbers. Known by many as a “Prime Rib”.
Flank Taco= Melty Oaxaca cheese, avocado, and salsa verde. You can find all of these at our store or any grocery store close to you!
Skirt Taco= “Don Chilio” Serrano Chile crisp, avocado, and Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Chile Lime aioli. You can find all of these at our store as well! Most stores will have these or similar products, but possibly not exact same brand.

If you prefer your steak on the more medium-rare side, we suggest grilling for 3-5 minutes each side on high heat for Flank Steak, and 2-4 minutes each side on high heat for Skirt Steak (depending on how thick your cut is it may be slightly more or less).
