Grilled/Pan Seared Swordfish

Ingredients
  • Swordfish Steak
  • Borsari, Camp Mix or your favorite seasoning Olive Oil or nonstick spray

Instructions

To grill:

Prepare grill by spraying with oil making sure it is thoroughly covered.
Season swordfish with your favorite seasoning, we recommend: Borsari or Camp Mix. Grill 5 minutes per side on high heat until cooked through. Let it rest covered for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Cook fish thoroughly.

To Pan-Sear:

Bring a cast iron skillet to medium high heat. Add Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning.
Pan sear on medium high for about 5-6 minutes per side.

Take out of pan, let it rest covered 5-10 minutes before serving.
